Led by founder and CEO Victoria Nicole Charles, the firm stabilizes workforce retention, stops operational capital leaks, and eliminates high employee turnover — building permanent legacies along the way.
Launched in direct collaboration with the Minority Contractors Upper Midwest Association. We spent years writing business plans, securing banking pipelines, and arranging grant funding to get union trade subcontractors fully funded under major industry primes.
Retained for seven years as an active contractor with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC, now the DFC). We took domestic trade groups abroad to interface with foreign business structures and broker cross-border joint ventures.

Victoria Charles is the bestselling author of The Preacher's Dilemma, Part 1, which has sold over one million copies. Its sequel, The Devil's Dance, is currently in development as her first major feature film.
As host and producer of her own television show, Practice What You Preach, Victoria interviewed award-winning actor Terrence Howard in 2023 about her University of Minnesota-produced film, Misty Blues and the Red Letter — a project Howard signed on to lead.
With 12 completed screenplays, Victoria's upcoming slate includes Why Did They Do the Preacher Like That, a feature film based on the true story of her late father.
