About The Firm

An independent corporate relations & structural advisory firm

PLUG THE GAP Consulting Services, LLC operates at the strategic intersection of industrial public relations, labor-management dynamics, and capital optimization. Founded in 2004, we act as the ultimate bridge between corporate enterprise management and labor organizations.

Led by founder and CEO Victoria Nicole Charles, the firm stabilizes workforce retention, stops operational capital leaks, and eliminates high employee turnover — building permanent legacies along the way.

A history of plugging the gap.

2004 · Founding & Labor Advocacy

Built in collaboration with organized labor

Launched in direct collaboration with the Minority Contractors Upper Midwest Association. We spent years writing business plans, securing banking pipelines, and arranging grant funding to get union trade subcontractors fully funded under major industry primes.

7-Year Federal Contracting History

Pioneering international public-private partnerships

Retained for seven years as an active contractor with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC, now the DFC). We took domestic trade groups abroad to interface with foreign business structures and broker cross-border joint ventures.

Our Mission

To eliminate the costly operational deficits driven by chronic workforce turnover while building permanent family heritages for organized labor. Through The Future Matters™ Framework, we stop the operational bleed, protect the bargaining unit, and secure the future.

Two decades of structural advocacy

From grant writing and banking pipelines to federal contracting abroad, our work has always been about closing the gap between capital and the people who build.
